Temp: 165º *Cook times may vary INGREDIENTS (to taste) 1-2 Whole Chickens Lite mayonnaise Golden raisins White or red seedless grapes, halved or quartered Golden Delicious apples, chopped Toasted pecans Celery, chopped Green onions, chopped Curry powder (1 Tbsp/chicken is recommended) Bread, greens or crackers for serving Toasted pecans DIRECTIONS Cook PBC Signature Chicken according to instructions. Debone the chicken with a fork. Include or remove the skin as desired. In a mixing bowl, combine in all the ingredients to taste, leaving the curry until last. Add approximately 1 Tbsp or curry powder per chicken. Taste the mixture and add more if desired. Serve on a sandwich, salad, or crackers and enjoy!
